1971 Mercury Cougar, in an excellent condition which is rare to find like this with only 47,000+ miles. This car was a very low production, built only around 1700 convertible.
Bought this car 10 years ago because of it’s original condition, previously owned just by 1 owner. There was never any rust at all and not even any accidents. I am selling this car because I am looking to buy a 1971 351 Boss and unfortunately I don’t have space in the garage.
Decided to refurbish this California Car just to make it shiny again with a very highly expensive paint.
All of the chrome was done professionally in UK by central engineering. All breaks systems are new, New fuel pump, new carburettor, new filters and oil, magnum 500 wheels + tyres, new weather strips, new interior, new windshield, new starter.
Removed the points and put electronic pick up ignition with high performance coil by flame thrower
Convertible top in excellent condition, Spare wheel and jack in place
This car is also equipped with: AM + FM radio with original antenna, Power front disc brake, Power steering, Air condition, Sports mirrors, Very detailed engine bay
Everything in the car works perfectly and definitely worth viewing.
